enamel ========================= Tooth enamel is the hardest substance in your entire body....Tooth enamel is the most mineralized substance in the body with 96% minerals....Minerals like calcium and phosphate help strengthen tooth enamel, bone and dentin and also prevent tooth decay and cavities.. If needed, use vitamin D supplements. ###### **Drink more water** Water helps wash away bacteria and helps reduce acid and sugar in the mouth....
