body temperature ====================== The hypothalamus and the autonomic nervous system keep your body one or two degrees above or below normal body temperature....however, there are times when your body heat rises....these conditions are known as dangerous conditions....overheating may be caused by a sudden increase in temperature, certain foods, or other factors....but it is very important to quickly bring your body temperature back to normal. Ways to reduce body temperature Mint Mint has a significant cooling effect due to its high amount of menthol and makes you feel cool....You can make a cold or iced mint tea and drink it throughout the day....Although hot tea seems to make your body warmer, drinking hot drinks may help you sweat more, which cools your body down. Radish Radish is a rich source of vitamin C, an antioxidant that lowers body temperature. Radish also has anti-inflammatory properties that fight heat stress. Watermelon Watermelon helps to reduce the body temperature quickly due to the presence of a lot of water in it.... This fruit is effective in removing harmful toxins from the body.... Eating watermelon regularly keeps the body moist especially in the summer season.... So reduce the body temperature with watermelon.... Eat a few pieces of watermelon or drink it with cold milk and sugar... ### Coconut water Drinking coconut water is a great way to refresh and revitalize the body....The vitamins, minerals and electrolytes in coconut water make it an effective way to hydrate and a reliable source of body repair....Coconut water has many benefits for the body. ### Sweet lemon The abundant vitamin C found in lemon can be effective in reducing body heat...
