About Us

Dr. Seyed Mohammad Jazayeri was born in Mehr 1333 in Ahvaz, Khuzestan. He completed the course of general medicine in 1360 at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences with grade A. He completed the specialized course of ophthalmology in Shiraz University in 1368 and after that he became the head of Shushtar health and treatment network from Khuzestan province and Ahvaz city and after resigning in 1379, he established an ophthalmology and eyeglass clinic in Khani Abad. He is currently a member of the Special Ophthalmological Disability Commission of Social Security of Tehran Province. Currently, he is working part-time in several public and private clinics, including Cheshm Gharb specialized clinic located in Azadi Square, Etka clinic located in Nazi Abad affiliated with the army and Waliasr clinic located in Kashan street affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
