Dr. Samieh Faridoon Jah was born in February 1363 in Tehran. He studied in the best schools in Tehran and was accepted to Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences with a rank of 52 in the national entrance exam. After obtaining a general doctorate, he immediately entered the specialized field of gynecology, obstetrics and infertility at Shahid Beheshti University.
