Additional information about how to book an appointment for different patients can be found on the following site: https://shoulderclinic.ir/ Dr. Hossein Sarmi was born in August 1351 and completed elementary, middle and high school education in Borujerd city and entered the medical school of Jundishapur University in Ahvaz in 1370. After obtaining the specialized board of bone and joint surgery, he started the subspecialty course of hand surgery at Shahid Beheshti University and at the same time studied in the field of arthroscopic shoulder surgery. At the end of this course, he started shoulder arthroscopy surgery for the first time at Shahid Beheshti University's 15 Khordad Hospital and went to South Korea to complete shoulder arthroscopy studies and worked at MADI Shoulder Hospital and SAMSUNG Medical Center of Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul. He then went to England and completed postgraduate training in shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty at Wrightington Hospital, University of Salford, Manchester, England. He returned to the country in October 2010 and became a member of the faculty of Hamedan University of Medical Sciences and started arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, elbow and wrist at Ba'atheh Hospital in Hamedan. Currently, this center is the most comprehensive upper limb arthroscopy center in the west of Iran, which welcomes patients from all over the country. Dr. Sarmi has completed short-term courses of new shoulder arthroscopy techniques in France, Switzerland, Germany and Japan and is currently an associate professor at Hamedan University of Medical Sciences.
