Dr. Mohammadreza Modaresi Estebanati- pioneer of children's respiratory and lung diseases Dr. Mohammadreza Modaresi, pediatric lung specialist, full professor (professor) of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and one of the leading figures in the field of children's lung and respiratory diseases in Iran. He is the founder of the pediatric lung specialty at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Also, by passing specialized training courses abroad, they have expanded their knowledge and skills in the field of diagnosis and treatment of children's lung diseases. In addition to his medical activities, Dr. Madrasi has also been responsible for the education and training of doctors, and over the years, he has trained many specialists and subspecialists in the field of children's lung and respiratory diseases. Currently, his graduates are serving patients all over the country. Another prominent activity of his is the organization of cystic fibrosis (CF) patients throughout the country and the establishment of *National CF Foundation of Iran*, which has had a significant impact on improving the quality of treatment for these patients.
