About Doctor

I was born in the month of Mehr 1342 in the village of Qala Bin, one of the districts of Talesh. During my studies, I was always one of the top students in my class and in 1357-58, I managed to get my diploma as the first student of all Talash high schools. Then I was accepted into the medical field of the University of Tehran Medical School and after completing the general medicine course and passing the military draft in 2012, I participated in the entrance exam for the admission of a specialized assistant at the University of Tehran. Due to getting the best score (the first 5% of all participants), I could have been accepted as the first person in a significant number of specialized fields, but due to my personal interest in the field of kidney and urinary tract surgery, I was accepted as the first person in the field of kidney and urinary tract surgery (urology) of Tehran University. Admission to Tehran University Hospitals for the specialized course was based on the selection of those admitted based on grades, and due to being the first, I chose Sinai Hospital of Tehran University. It should be noted that in the fifties and sixties, Sina Hospital was considered one of the oldest hospitals of Tehran University and the most famous in the field of kidney and urinary tract surgery and the owner of a chair in this field in the whole country. I graduated from Tehran University in 1376, and in the same year, I was accepted to Shahid Beheshti University for a fellowship, and in 1378, I graduated from that university, and after graduation, I worked as an assistant professor in the scientific and educational activities of students and assistants in the specialized course of urology in Gilan University of Medical Sciences. In 1385 I succeeded in obtaining the degree of Associate Professor and in 1392 I obtained the degree of Professor in this field. I have more than a decade (10 years) of scientific and practical experience in the field of kidney transplantation. I have been a member of the editorial board of Urology Journal since 2002. During my career at the university, I have been the supervisor of more than 50 professional and specialized doctoral theses, and I have published more than a dozen scientific articles in prestigious scientific journals abroad (with ISI index) and dozens of articles in domestic scientific-research journals, and I have presented more than 100 articles in international congresses inside and outside the country. In order to complete my subspecialty course during 3 periods in 2007, 2009 and 2011, I have made scientific trips to academic centers of prestigious scientific and academic hospitals in England (London) and I have attended necessary scientific courses in the field of urinary incontinence surgery for women and men, urinary tract cancers, as well as reconstructive surgery in the field of male impotence (penile prosthesis) and ductal strictures and injuries and various abnormalities of the urinary system. With the use of these scientific reserves, since the end of 1986, I started male impotence reconstructive surgeries (prosthetics, etc.) with full success as the third provincial academic center of the country in Razi Hospital. It should be noted that about 30% to 40% of men with impotence did not respond to any of the medicinal compounds, and in this case, the best treatment for them in all the scientific centers of the world is to put a prosthesis, which is associated with a very high level of satisfaction. In the meantime, perhaps one point should be mentioned and pondered, and that is that out of the 3 periods of my scientific travel, only one was in the form of a study opportunity and a university scholarship, and only 8 to 10% of the cost was paid after a long period of administrative bureaucracy...?!!!!! My wife is also a surgeon and gynecologist and a member of the faculty and associate professor of the University of Medical Sciences. I have 2 children. I always try to fill my free time with reading and sports activities. I have a great interest in natural landscapes, and from the seasons of the year to the autumn season, I have nature and its mesmerizing paintings. My favorite sport is martial arts and I have been active in karate for more than 9 years. Surgical skills and interests other than routine (daily) prostate and urinary stone surgery (endoscopy, rarely open surgery) and urinary system cancers, restorative surgeries such as kidney transplant (with a history of more than 10 years), duct strictures, congenital abnormalities of the urinary system, male and female urinary incontinence (endoscopy, TVT, TOT and rarely open surgery) and impotence surgery other than surgical skills and interests Among the relatively rare reconstructive surgeries performed in this field, the following can be mentioned: correction of male incontinence using Cortex Graft, replacement of the ureter with an appendix and its grafting to the lower calyx (appendicocalicostomy), vaginoplasty surgery using the intestine to convert male to female, transplant (anastomosis), part of the stomach to the bladder (Gasterocystoplasty) to compensate for the decrease in bladder capacity in people with neurogenic bladder, correction of male impotence and narrowing of the female duct using the tongue mucosa (removal of the tongue mucosa and its anastomosis to the genital organ) see more...
