Facial nerve palsy, which is the seventh paired nerve, is one of the idiopathic diseases whose causes are unknown. which is seen in diseases such as diabetes, thyroid, arthritis, leukemia, abscess or brain tumors, meningioma, MS. 1\_ Sometimes the nerve damage is in the cerebral cortex or nerve nucleus. 2\_ The damage may be at the place where the nerve exits from the bridge of Moazi 3\_ In the middle ear area and above the special nerve channel, the nerve may be damaged 4\_ Nerve damage or its swelling in the fallopian canal of the ear (fallopain), which may be caused by the herpes zoster virus or herpes. In half of the face, the patient is unable to raise the eyebrows, the eyelids cannot be closed, the power of chewing is weak, and the mimicry of one side of the face is completely lost.
