Seasonal sensitivity ========================= Seasonal sensitivity or seasonal sensitivity is one of the most common sensitivities that are usually observed in spring, summer and autumn when plants are pollinating. Sneezing, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, itching in the roof of the mouth and back of the throat are symptoms of seasonal allergies. Based on the season, more severe symptoms such as cough, wheezing, shortness of breath, and in some cases depression, anorexia, and sleep disorder appear. Also, due to sinus congestion, headache can also be another symptom of this allergy. **The following symptoms are related to allergies and can distinguish it from a cold:** - Itchy throat, nose and ears. - Mucous secretions are thin and transparent. - The patient sneezes continuously and quickly. - The patient does not have a fever. These symptoms usually last more than 7 to 10 days There are various methods to treat and improve seasonal allergy symptoms, some of which are mentioned below. ### Antihistamine If you go to the doctor to treat allergies and get rid of these annoying days, you have started the first stage of treatment... Loratadine tablets, decongestant antihistamines, cetirizine and other types of antihistamine tablets that are sold in pharmacies under different names are among the most famous chemical saviors of seasonal allergies. ### washing the nose with serum Washing and washing the nose with serum is very effective in allergic rhinitis patients. ### Omega 3 Omega 3 is a fatty acid and is found in foods such as fish, eggs, walnuts, sunflower oil, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sesame and hazelnuts.... Use foods containing vitamin C (foods such as berries, citrus fruits, and vegetables)...
