With years of experience in the field of individual counseling, couple therapy and child rearing, I have been on the path of growth, awareness and improvement of relationships with many clients. My approach to therapy is a combination of humanistic models (Adler, Jung, Rogers, Perls), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and interactional behavior analysis (TA). Sessions are designed to be flexible and focus on problem solving to suit each individual's needs. I am also ready to unravel the knots of your personal, family or marital life with you by taking courses in parenting skills, treatment of children's behavioral disorders (such as ODD and ADHD), personality disorders and defense mechanisms.
