One of the diseases of the wrist and fingers is a disturbance in the sensation of the little finger/index finger and the inner part of the wrist, which can be caused by various causes. One of the cases of fractures in the palm and wrist area is that sometimes the fracture itself or the placement of the fixator in the hand fracture surgery causes damage to the nerve in this area. In most cases, the ulnar nerve, which is the source of the nerve supply in this area, gets trapped in the elbow area, which is called cubital syndrome. This syndrome may occur due to various reasons. Fractures in the elbow area, thickening of the ligaments in this area, and narrowing of the space where the nerve passes through that area, where both the sensory and motor branches of the nerve are trapped. So, in addition to sensory disturbances, pain, tingling, and numbness, hypothenar nerve weakness can also be seen under the last two fingers of the hand. It is very important to differentiate this syndrome from Guyana's syndrome, which involves the sensory nerve branch from the wrist area. In both syndromes, the sensory branch is involved, but in cubital syndrome, the sensation on two fingers and the motor branch of the nerve are also involved, so muscle weakness will be completely evident. After the differential diagnosis, the treatment includes immobilization of the area using a splint, and physiotherapy of the involved area, for the purpose of hand physiotherapy or elbow physiotherapy, which aims to release the nerve in the injured area, which can be done using different modalities, including stimulators, laser, magnet, paraffin, phonophoresis, special therapy exercises, with the accurate diagnosis of an expert physiotherapist It includes: stretching movements, strengthening weak muscles
